ORDERS:
Orders will be sent 1-3 days after placement. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders are packaged carefully and safely, ready to be gifted upon receiving. Please send all product inquiries before placing your order. No exchanges or refunds are available.
RESIZING and REPAIRS:
Because I have relocated to Canada, shipping your piece back to me to resize or repair would most likely cost more than the piece itself. I have a very dear friend, named Vu who would be happy to help you if you ship the ring to him, or you show up to his shop and mention me by name (Sakina). Call him first. Please treat him and his family with utmost kindness and tip them. They are some of the best people I have ever met!

Please allow up to 7 business days for arrival before contacting us. If your order is shipping outside of the United States or Canada, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for arrival, dependent on your country's customs procedure. Please pick the appropriate shipping option for your order. All orders are handled by USPS or CanadaPost.
